A.N.E. takes responsibility for monitoring essential tasks, such as security checks, monitoring critical hardware components and monitoring event logs. We even take corrective actions through remote control of the server. These remote monitoring services are solidly based on ten years of experience, on selected products and on a centralized skill centre that combines the know-how of specialized engineers with comprehensive and effective management tools. This expertise allows a professional control over business critical server and network environments and minimizes the risk of downtime.
These Monitoring and Management functions are performed within the A.N.E. Network Operating Centre, which is situated at the A.N.E. SPOC location in Bucharest. The services are offered on a 24/7 base. Based on received alerts, A.N.E. can either execute predefined (and customer authorized) procedures to restore the normal service or escalate the incidents to customer experts.
